Once your services have been selected and purchased, you will receive an email confirmation and our booking system will notify us and you will receive a call from our clinic to schedule your appointment!

CANCELLATION POLICY

In our efforts to best maximize our ability to accommodate clients into our demanding schedule, TWINESSE Skin and Laser Clinic has a no-show and 24 hour cancellation policy. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us directly at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment to avoid a penalty. A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied to your account and needs to be paid prior to your next visit in the event that our cancellation policy is not met. This provides other clients an opportunity to take your appointment slot should you no longer become available.
